Conscious Redesign
“New beginnings start with endings.” — William Bridges
Coaching for people moving through change, transition, and the search for a more coherent way of living and leading
Life constantly asks us to adapt to new roles, responsibilities, countries, expectations, relationships, and sometimes to unexpected loss or change. From the outside, things may still appear successful. Yet internally, many of us reach a point where familiar ways of working, leading, or living no longer feel fully sustainable, meaningful, or aligned.
Often, nothing is fundamentally wrong, but something important is changing. I believe these moments can become opportunities to rethink how we want to live and work, and to move forward in a way that feels more honest, sustainable, and aligned.
A space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change
I partner with professionals, leaders, internationally mobile individuals, and families moving through periods of transition, complexity, or the feeling that the life that once fit no longer fully does.
My clients often come to coaching during times of:
- leadership or career transition
- burnout, emotional overload, or inner disconnection
- relocation and cross-cultural adaptation
- changing priorities, or questions of identity and direction
- difficult relationship or team dynamics
- the desire to redefine success on more human and sustainable terms
Working together, we create space to pause, think clearly about what matters most, and make decisions that feel more aligned and sustainable.
My Approach
I believe meaningful change often begins when we step back long enough to notice how we are living, what is no longer working, and what we want to carry forward differently.
My approach is thoughtful, flexible, and shaped around the individual rather than a fixed method. Rather than following one rigid framework, I draw from different coaching perspectives and reflective practices — including person-centred, systemic, cognitive, and relational approaches — adapting the process to the individual, their context, and the nature of the transition they are experiencing.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people often already carry much of the wisdom, resilience, and potential they are seeking.
Coaching creates space to think clearly, understand ourselves more honestly, and respond to change with greater steadiness and perspective.
My work combines reflective coaching, emotional intelligence, Positive Intelligence® mental fitness tools, relational awareness, and more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience in international nonprofit and multicultural environments.
Having lived and worked across countries, cultures, and complex professional settings, I understand how change shapes not only our careers, but also our sense of identity, belonging, relationships, and inner stability.
The goal is not perfection, but a way of living and working that feels steadier, more honest, and more sustainable over time.
